How to start an online business

I imagine this is a question a lot of people asks some or other time. I decided to start a website to provide an answer to the question of how to start an online business.

I also decided that I would like to setup basic videos on the site demonstrating each step. I will ask people with more experience to contribute to the site.

And last but not least - I want the users of the site to experience the joy of earning by learning. An affiliate program will therefore be a definite part of the site.

How to get niche keyword research

I have always been using 2 major tools to conclude that a search term would be profitable enough for registration of a domain, or just enough to write an article about. I found a new tool that gives me hundreds of keywords and their adwords data in a few minutes.

I have spend most of the time I could work on the computer today, writing an article and setting up a review of this tool and the video that shows you how to get niche keyword research done online and very fast.

So fast I nearly thought it is too fast.

Lost placement in the Google search engine...

I lost my first page Google search engine placement of my "diet"-related website as soon as I changed my keyword density a few weeks back. I thought Google might have seen it as spamming my site with keywords so I went back and took out a whole lot of keyword text.

The other day I was casually checking out the workings of a free keyword software tool when I noted that it only picks up a few lines of my page. When I examined my site closer I saw that it had 2 opening body-tags. I changed the page code and hoped it would help my site get back into google's first results page for the search term "food that burn fat". The site I am talking about is foodthatburnfat.com.

Weekend fun...

As promised here is some pictures taken this weekend. The first one is a picture of a rockface at the Augrabies falls. Being at the Augrabies falls was an amazing experience. I have seen the falls lots of time, usually every time family comes to visit. Yet every time I go there, I wish I would go there more often.

Here is a classic view of the Augrabies falls. Anyone visiting South Africa should come and see this picture for themselves.

Here my wife and I are standing at the famous MoonRock at Augrabies falls. Apparently it's the biggest loose piece of rock in the whole world!

Slept for 4 hours max as I came to a brilliant idea for sharing my insights with people who know people who wants to make money doing nothing but spend time at their computers. Easy time.

The weekend is drawing closer and I'm having a bit of a family reunion with lots to do. I already registered the domain for the ultimate viral money making venture that nobody ever thought of...

Now for the weekend to go by and then...

Going to the Augrabies Falls on Saturday. Will post a picture of the whole lot of us as we swim or BBQ (braai as we call it in SA).

Now I really have to go. Don't want to but I have to organize some drinks and make some calls.

Tomorrow I promised to manage a business as a temporary stand-in for the day. On Friday I might me able to start doing the site, the videos, buy the script I need to make it happen or start to setup the mailing list... whichever come first. Don't tell me - as soon as I start to make some adsense income I'll start to delegate by getting someone to help me.

Hi guys

Just a quick post before I'm off to bed...

I have been a member of the video sense system for quite some time - yet I haven't even posted one video. That's sad as it should be very easy. I don't have alot of time for this but I really should give this a try (I want to double my $18 from adsense from last month before the end of this month).

As I am typing this I just registered at the sites forum and read some posts other users have made.

I decided to make some time and create a video showing the whole process I will follow. I have to get a new account so I'll start with that. But I'll tell you why in the video. Should be a short video. I'll upload it to google add it to this post as soon as it's finished.

But now it's way past my bedtime and I have to get up early as I have lots to do tomorrow...

It's 2:30 already! Only 4 hours left to get up again....
